Paducah Verdes are our sex-linked green/olive eggers. They should mature to a standard size. They will make a decent sized table bird, ready to process at 16-20 weeks old. They should also make great flock protectors. If you want to hatch your own babies, they do carry one green egg gene.  These are a hybrid breed and as such will not breed true (their offspring will not sex-link), and there can be a wide variety of leg colors and comb types. Hens should be dominantly black feathered at maturity while roosters will be barred feathered.
 
While we do not disclose what breeds we use to create our designer breeds as that is considered proprietary knowledege, we do ensure that we use the highest quality, healthiest, best representations of each breed possible!
